- A health insurance that covers expenses on treatment of COVID-19.

- A document that proves aim of visit to Ukraine.

- If a visitor comes from “red zone” country, to avoid undergoing 14-day self-isolation, he must present a medical certificate with negative PCR test made not later than 48 hours before crossing the border of Ukraine.
